RIVA makes every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images on our website. However:

  • Colors may appear differently depending on your device screen, monitor settings, and display calibration. RIVA does not guarantee that colors displayed on your screen will perfectly match the physical product.
  • Product descriptions are provided in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. RIVA reserves the right to correct errors or update product information at any time.

6. Size Responsibility

RIVA provides a Size Guide on each product page to assist customers in selecting the correct size. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review the Size Guide prior to placing an order. RIVA does not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection by the customer. Please measure carefully and refer to our guide before purchasing.



7. Pricing & Payment

All prices on wearriva.com are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase.



RIVA accepts payment through the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Shopify-supported payment options. By submitting an order, you authorize RIVA to charge the applicable payment method for the total amount of your purchase.



Payment processing is handled by third-party processors. RIVA does not store full credit card information. Your payment data is subject to the privacy and security policies of the respective payment processor.



8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order on wearriva.com constitutes an offer to purchase. RIVA reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

If your order is cancelled by RIVA, you will be notified by email and any charges made to your payment method will be fully refunded.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed exclusively by RIVA's Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy, both of which are available at wearriva.com and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge having read and agreed to those policies.
